Refund Policy

Digital downloads, prompt libraries, templates, and workbooks are non-refundable once accessed, because the material is delivered immediately.

Live classes and workshops may be refunded up to 7 days before the session, or transferred to a future date.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time and will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Custom services are governed by the signed project agreement. Deposits reserve production time and are non-refundable once work begins.
