Affiliate Program Terms

Participation is by application and approval only. Auntie may approve, decline, pause, or remove any partner at her discretion, and approval does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

Approved partners receive a unique referral link. Commissions are earned only on qualified, completed, and verified purchases made through that link within the active referral window shown on your dashboard.

Commissions are calculated on the product price only, excluding taxes, processing fees, shipping, and discounts. Refunded, charged back, cancelled, fraudulent, or duplicated orders are reversed.

Every approved commission is held for the published holding period before it becomes payable. Payouts are issued manually once your approved balance meets the published minimum payout amount.

Self-referrals, purchases made with your own link for your own accounts, coupon-site spam, unauthorized discount claims, trademark bidding on paid ads, cookie stuffing, spam email, misleading income claims, and impersonating Aminah S. Carter or AI Auntie are prohibited and will void commissions.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in every promotion, as required by the FTC. Suggested language: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link, at no extra cost to you.”

You may not make guarantees about income, results, or outcomes. Only use approved names, logos, images, and marketing copy provided in the partner marketing center.

Commission rates, eligible products, referral windows, holding periods, and program terms may change. Material changes will be posted on this page and reflected in your dashboard.

You are responsible for your own taxes on commissions earned. Payouts may require valid tax and payment details before release.
